In 2006, HOODZ RADIO.COM went live with one mission: give hip-hop and R&B a home that respects where it came from and makes room for where it’s going. Twenty years later the station still runs 24/7, from golden-era classics on the Legacy Cut to the unsigned voices on the Next Gen Spotlight.

What HOODZ means
HOODZ stands for Handling Our Own DestinyZ. It’s not a slogan we printed on a shirt. It’s how the station was built: independent, self-made, and accountable to the people who listen. When you wear it, you’re saying the same thing.
